Correct Usage Instructions:
The wrist should be uncovered, and any jewelry should be removed before use.
The display screen should face the front of the wrist.
Wrap the cuff around the wrist so it is snug but not tight.
Place the wrist at heart level during measurement.
It should not be used immediately after physical activity or exercise; wait at least 15 minutes before use.
